SimpliHR was created because of my passion to help small businesses with their human resource and recruiting needs. Much of my experience is in working with small businesses running a full range of human resource and recruiting functions. My goal is to be able to provide these same services to other local businesses so that they can focus on what they're passionate about, which is growing their business.
About the Owner
Amber Louvier, PHR
After graduating with my B.A. in Accounting, I began working as an Accounting Officer for the State of California. After starting our family, I decided it was time to work closer to home where I began working for a local company in their accounting department, but soon transitioned into their first official HR role. As I began learning the complexities of HR in California, my passion began. I love the chaotic, ever-changing, yet meticulous role that encompasses HR. From there, I held various HR Generalist, Management, and Consulting roles and obtained a Professional in Human Resources Certification.
In working these roles and continuing my education, I found that there was a need for small businesses that aren't in need of a full time HR person, but still require HR support. This is when I decided that I would transition to helping local businesses with their HR compliance and SimpliHR was created!
