About the Owner

Amber Louvier, PHR

SimpliHR was created because of my passion to help small businesses take a strategic approach to their human resources, as well as helping to streamline business operations and efficiencies.  I have experience in providing human resources and recruitment services to clients of all sizes and industries, including construction, manufacturing, not-for-profit as well as professional services.

My Background: 

After graduating with an Accounting degree, I began my career in accounting. After several years, I discovered my true passion was in human resources, and made the switch into a human resources role as the Human Resources (HR) Manager of a construction company. I love the chaotic, ever-changing, yet meticulous role that encompasses HR. I gained experience in the full realm of human resources, and from there made the decision to continue gaining experience within other organizations.  Eventually, I accepted a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner before launching my own HR consulting company focused on human resource compliance. 


My goal is to be able to provide these same services to other businesses so that they can focus on what they're passionate about, which is growing their business.
